Delete Your Hen Hideaways Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Hen Hideaways account and what happens to your data afterwards.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your Hen Hideaways account and associated personal data, email hello@henhideaways.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject line Account deletion request.

What we delete

Once your request has been verified and processed, we will delete or anonymise personal data associated with your account where applicable, including:

  • Your account profile information
  • Saved questions, saved properties, and organiser data
  • Account-linked preferences and planner activity

What we may retain

We may need to retain limited records for legal, tax, fraud prevention, security, booking, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance reasons.

How long it takes

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Where we must retain limited records for legal or regulatory reasons, those records will be kept only for as long as required.
