Fabulous dog friendly beach house in Bournemouth with views of the sea & walking distance to the beach & town centre. Perfect for a group of friends, hen parties, birthdays or family get-togethers. We sadly cannot accommodate stags. The house has a large open plan living and dining room with a kitchen as well as a catering kitchen and a more informal living room on the lower ground floor. Sleeps up to 20 guests as well as 7 en-suite bedrooms. We operate a 3-5 night minimum stays on peak dates

Stayed here for a few days as part of a hen do. House is beautiful - so clean and beautifully decorated. So close to the beach and local shops which was great! The surrounding streets were quite noisy at night - lots of cars and shouting or singing. This could have been after the pub kicking out time. Parking was difficult to find on the street but there was a convenient car park 5 mins walk away. Enjoyed our stay!

An absolutely stunning house. I came here for my hen so and the house were perfect, we had everything we needed and with enough space for 16 of us.It was just perfect!

What an amazing place for my friends Hen party! The kitchen/diner space is just great for a large group to socialise and we felt there was plenty of room. As others have said the general area is maybe not the best, however this is true of seaside towns in the UK so not surprising! Once inside the house it is absolutely not noticeable and didn’t affect our stay in the slightest. The location is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and it was lovely to wake up and see the sea at the front of the house. All of the hens were hugely impressed with the house, lovely clean and comfy beds. The bathrooms were fab too. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Grace was so flexible whenever I needed to make adjustments to the final numbers. Thank you!

I booked Grace’s house for my sister’s hen weekend, and it did not disappoint! The house was exactly like in the photos, spotlessly clean and beautifully presented with a lovely welcome pack. The house had everything we needed, and was in the perfect location - we could walk everywhere. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
