This house has a style all of it’s own, our family home for 25 years, we hope you’ll love it. It’s grand, stylish, quirky and fun. The retro cinema with 85-inch TV, Sky and Sonos Arc will blow you away. 3 floors, 2 stairs cases, a priest hole for the best games of hide and seek. Relax and soothe your body and soul in our gazebo and waterfall hot tub. No ‘open house’ parties allowed but a perfect place for special occasions and gatherings for our house guests and mature hen parties are welcome.

Great place to get friends together. Fun eclectic decor and very well catered for groups and celebrations from the amount of crockery to simple touches such as hot tube robes, plastic glasses etc. Sherrill really has thought of everything to make the stay easy and enjoyable. She as also super helpful and communicative throughout the process. Would recommend and stay again!

Wow! What a house! It was absolutely perfect for our sedate hen do with lots of wonderful women. The house is incredible and we were all in awe of the decorations and pictures! It’s the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen and Sherrill made sure that she answered every question. Cannot recommended this place more.

An absolutely fantastic house with lots of charm and character. We used the house to celebrate three 40th birthday celebrations with friends and all of us had a fantastic time. Sherrill is an excellent host and kept in clear communication leading up to our stay and helped with every question asked. She even offered to help out once we'd discovered we'd left belongings behind. If you need a space for a large family get together or want to celebrate a special occasion, then this is the house for you.

We had a great family stay at sherrills lovely house. We had family visiting from America and we just had all celebrated a wedding so it was great to go and continue the celebrations at the old rectory! The house is great fun and super quirky, the dogs were allowed and had a great time with us and sherrill was lovely and accommodating. Comfy clean beds, fun hot tub and pool table. We will certainly come again.

Thank you so much to Sherril and Martin for helping me organise a fab hen do for my friends. The house exceeded our expections and Sherril was such a great host offering up loads of local recommendations. The Poole harbour taxi that picked us up from hamworthy beach was a particular highlight! As was paddleboarding with the watersports academy, and of course the hot tub! Also has one of the most well equipped kitchens I've seen in an air BNB, everything you need to host a large number of people. Thanks so much for a great weekend!

I cannot speak highly enough of this beautiful house. It was perfect from start to finish. Sherrill and Martin are exemplary hosts. They have thought of everything and the small touches (bottles of Prosecco and a hamper of treats, milk in the fridge) were lovely surprises when we arrived. The house was perfectly equipped to comfortably accommodate 11 of us for my birthday celebration. We had great weather and me and my guests had a wonderful time. Sherrill’s attention to detail, kindness and communication made our weekend at The Old Rectory absolutely perfect. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you so so much

Sherrill is amazing! Everything was impressive. We were a group of 13, diff ages, babies, pets and it was just perfect for everyone. The house is beautiful with such a lovely taste. Everything we need you will find there. From the day i booked Sherrill has been lovely, responsive, helpful. Just makes u feel your visit a friend then she welcomed us upon arrival with a lovely hamper full of yummies. Thankyou soo much for making my 40th celebration one that we will forever remeber.

We stayed for my Sisters Hen Do and had the best time! loved the house, the hosts are fantastic at communicating and making sure you have everything you need. All the little extras placed in the house for us were a lovely unexpected addition and the house itself was incredible!! Would 100% return again for another visit.
