What does a hen party at 360 involve?
Our Classic Hen Party Package is a 2-hour pole party at our dedicated Bedminster studio with 6 professional dance poles. You will learn sassy moves and poses including Body Waves, The Cat Pounce, The Wrap Around, The Back Slide and The Step Around, with a warm-up and cool-down, an experienced instructor, a bottle of pink bubbly, a garter for the hen, certificates and sweeties for everyone, and tons of photo opportunities.
How much does it cost, and how many can come?
It is £25 per person with a minimum spend of £150, so parties start from 6 people - and the hen goes free subject to the minimum spend. Small parties are our speciality; groups of 15 or more are very welcome too - contact us to discuss. A £50 deposit per event reserves your date.
When can we book?
On Saturdays we offer 2-hour slots starting at 11am, 1.30pm or 4pm; other days and times are available on request. Our hen parties are very popular, especially in the summer months, so book early. The studio is not open for walk-ins - classes and parties must be booked in advance.
Where is the studio?
We are at Studio B4, BV Studios, 37 Philip Street, Bedminster, Bristol BS3 4EA - just across the river from the city centre, under 10 minutes' drive from Cabot Circus (about £10 in a taxi), with free street parking outside.
Is it suitable for beginners, and are there restrictions?
The class is aimed at people of any ability and the focus is on sassy fun - no experience is necessary, and you can bring your favourite high heels. You must be over 18 to attend a pole dancing party. If you are pregnant, have recently given birth or had surgery, you will be unable to participate, and some medical conditions need a doctor's consent. All participants complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and Informed Consent Form online 24 hours in advance.

I cant recommend this enough! Started 6 months as a total beginner and have thoroughly enjoyed every session, Robyn is amazing and makes you feel so comfortable 💖

I cannot recommend the 360 studio enough. I've been attending classes since 2018 and over the years have becomes much more confident and made some amazing friends. Robyn is a great teacher who can break down the technical side of learning pole whilst encouraging you to step outside of your comfort zone. If you're thinking of trying pole dancing I highly recommend giving it a try at 360! ✨🩷

Amazing atmosphere, very supportive community with many socials outside of classes and lots of opportunity to learn new skills, not only during the very well structured weekly classes, but also during additional workshops and event. And most of all - very knowledgeable and encouraging instructors. I highly recommend. It's a great workout, that makes you leave the studio in a better mood each and every time.
