Wild Heart Yoga is a mobile yoga and wellbeing provider that travels to your hen party, running sessions at your accommodation or chosen venue. A group yoga session is the perfect counterbalance to a hen weekend's late nights: an hour of stretching, breathing and slowing down together, whether that is a gentle morning-after flow or a calming session before the celebrations begin.

Because the instructor comes to you, there is no studio timetable to work around. the session fits the group's own schedule and space. When you enquire, it helps to share your group size, the space you have available and the kind of session you would like, from relaxed and restorative to something more energising.

Mats and requirements can be confirmed at booking. For a moment of calm that brings the whole group back together, Wild Heart Yoga brings the wellbeing to your door.

Can we book yoga for our hen party?

Yes. I offer bespoke yoga and aerial yoga private parties for hen parties, birthdays and celebrations. Sessions are tailored to your group, with plenty of optional extras to make your celebration uniquely yours.

What is aerial yoga?

Aerial yoga uses fabric hammocks to support your body weight through traditional yoga postures, giving a greater range of movement and wonderfully freeing zero-compression inversions. It is playful, giggly and surprisingly accessible, with breathwork and meditation woven in.

Where do hen party sessions take place?

I run parties at venues throughout Bournemouth, Poole and the New Forest, and will help you find the right setting for your group.

We're complete beginners. is that OK?

Completely. My philosophy is that yoga is a practice, not a perfect: classes are suitable for all levels and abilities, with options throughout so everyone can personalise their practice.

How much does a hen party session cost?
