About Escape Game Events
What makes this a great fit for your hen weekend
Escape Game Events brings mobile escape room experiences to your hen party, setting up the puzzles at your accommodation or chosen venue. A mobile escape game turns your own space into the challenge: clues hidden, codes to crack and a clock to beat, with a host running the game while the group splits into teams or tackles it together.
It is brilliant evening entertainment at base. no travelling, no venue hire, just your party versus the puzzles. Games are arranged around your group at booking: numbers, space and timings confirmed in advance so the setup fits your room.
It works before a night out as the warm-up, or as the main event of a night in. For brain-teasing, team-splitting hen fun delivered to your door, Escape Game Events locks in the laughs.
What this experience offers
Frequently asked questions
What mobile escape games can we book for a hen party?
We bring professionally hosted escape games to your accommodation or venue anywhere in the UK: pop-up inflatable escape rooms (up to 10 players per session), tabletop games like The Heist (up to 500 players), outdoor puzzle races and room-takeover formats. Our overnight game, The Ransom, is made for hen and stag weekends: we hide clues, coded messages and locked cases throughout your holiday accommodation, and your group has until morning to find the money and make the drop.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is bespoke - it depends on the format, group size, duration, venue access and any customisation, so we quote each event individually rather than publishing a price list. Email [email protected] or call 0330 133 1479 with your date, location and numbers for a quote.
How many people can play?
From small groups to huge ones: pop-up rooms take up to 10 per session, The Ransom up to 20, and our tabletop formats scale to 200-500 players in teams around game stations.
How long do games last?
Tabletop games run for 60 minutes; hosted formats are tailored to your timetable, and The Ransom is designed to provide several hours of gameplay across your evening, at your own pace - take breaks, order food, have drinks and pick it up again.
What do you need from our venue?
For The Ransom, a hired flat, house or lodge; for tabletop games, a table per team and a chair per participant in one large room, indoors or outdoors. We handle transport, installation, hosting and pack-down, and typically need 30 minutes to 1.5 hours to set up depending on the format.
Do we need escape room experience?
None at all. Everything needed is provided, and our facilitators run the game so first-timers and enthusiasts alike can dive straight in.
