It works brilliantly over dinner at base, with no travelling and no timetable but your own. As a national mobile provider, coverage reaches hen weekends across the country.
Themes, cast size and timings are arranged at booking, so share your group size, venue and the vibe you want. glamorous, spooky or silly. For an evening of intrigue, accusations and laughter at home, Blackwatch's murder mystery is a killer hen choice.

Frequently asked questions
What is a Blackwatch murder mystery hen party?
We bring professional actors to your venue or accommodation and run a live, comedy whodunit around your group. Hen themes include A Taste of Your Own Medicine (a celebrity-magazine launch where the hen is the cover star) and Death & The Maiden Voyage (a 1920s ocean liner). The script, clues and running order are personalised with details about the bride, groom and wedding.
How much does it cost?
Our hen-party prices start from £475 for a full evening of live entertainment for the whole group, confirmed with a personalised quote for your date, location and group size.
How many guests can take part?
From a recommended minimum of 6 up to around 200 guests, with formats scaled from small parties (guests playing suspect roles) to large hosted shows with up to six actors.
How long does it last?
Timings are flexible at roughly 2 to 4 hours, so the mystery can run over dinner or as the whole evening's entertainment.
Do we need to act or prepare anything?
No. There is nothing to learn in advance and no acting required - we send plot details, character information and costume ideas beforehand, and our actors host the night. We do not provide food, but we can suggest catering options and venues.
Where do you cover?
We travel nationwide across the UK to your home, hired venue or hen accommodation. Email [email protected] for a quote.
