We bring high-energy laughter workshops to your hen party - at your accommodation or a private room you have booked. Our facilitators combine the best games and challenges from around the world into sessions designed to energise and connect everyone, whatever their personality type, age or ability. How long does a session last, and how many can join?
Sessions run from 30 minutes to 4 hours, and there is no limit to how many people can join. We are known for energising and connecting large groups, but small teams are very welcome too.
Where do you cover?
We are fully mobile across the whole of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and we can also deliver online. Setup takes about 5 minutes and we don't bring tonnes of equipment - we work around your room, inside or outside.
How much does it cost?

We had Aaron from Laughtercise lead an incredible session at our company summer festival in Stroud, Gloucester. The whole process was smooth, communication was great, and Aaron tailored everything perfectly to us. The energy he brought was fantastic, and everyone felt included and engaged. We had such a laugh, and the atmosphere was just perfect. We can’t wait to have Laughtercise back for future events in the region. Highly recommend!

This was one of the best wellbeing sessions I have ever attended. I expected it to be forced laughter like some Laughter sessions I’ve previously been to. Oh no! This was pure fun from start to end, I laughed, I tried really hard and I got competitive! Highly, highly recommend Aaron was brilliant!

Laughtercise did an amazing team building / wellbeing session for our recent work away day. I admit I was pretty sceptical when I signed up to the session but it was SO fun, inclusive and really encouraged us to work together as a team and also compete against each other 💪🏻 highly recommend!!
