Amazing house, great for a large family group, particularly adults, though there is a large grassy garden space which would be good for children. Very well equipped for self catering, and fantastic bed linens, towels etc. Very much lived up to and exceeded our expectations and we plan to return.

Angela was very helpful throughout the booking process and after. Dukes was a great place to stay and I/we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Everything looked exactly like the pictures and there was enough of everything for everyone. Space was a huge benefit to staying in Angela’s place, there were 8 of us staying on this occasion and no one got under anyone’s feet! An added bonus was the fact that Dukes is right on the seafront and an easy walk to everything in Great Yarmouth. We had to call Angela and Steve one evening during our stay and they helped to resolve our problem straight away. Thank you for a great place to stay and for being so helpful and responsive! Hopefully we’ll come and stay again!

Thanks Angela, we had wonderful stay for my wife's 50th birthday. Location was fantastic, the property was very spacious and accommodated our large family with ease. That's for great communication throughout our stay. Can't wait to stay again soon !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our family break away at Angela's place. Great location but not noisey at all with the double glazing, you couldn't hear anything other than the wind whistling through. Beautiful clean house, comfortable bedrooms and strong shower. Our favourite room was the 2nd dining area and beautiful kitchen. Lots of baordgames with my boys loved and if I had to give one negative, it would be the dining chairs could use some cushioning. Overall, it was a beautiful house and comfortably fit all 8 of us here. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We stayed here as we wanted to be right in the centre of Great Yarmouth. Angela was helpful from our very first communication. The location was perfect for us and the accommodation was great. We were met by the hosts on our arrival and shown around the accommodation and were provided with all the information we needed. We didn’t need to contact Angela during our stay, however if we did need to I have no doubt she would have responded. We’ve all had a great stay. We would highly recommend this accommodation and the host!!😀👍
