What an unbelievable place to stay. Myself and all my family stayed here for my wedding weekend and it was absolutely wonderful. The house and the rooms were impeccable and the beds are all so comfortable, and the garden is beautiful. Charlotte was so kind and even left cupcakes for us which was such a thoughtful touch. Would recommend to everyone!

We stayed for a large multi generational family celebration and the house worked very well for this. Hot tub and games room definitely a win! Bedrooms very comfy and well appointed with towels, robes and super comfy beds. Some minor items could be improved like provision of kitchen items and wood but being pick.

Spent 2 nights at Godwick Hall with 6 other couples for NYE celebrations and it couldn’t have been better. We were attracted to the house initially by the fact it has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, which takes any of the fairness drama out of deciding who compromises on rooms... because we didn’t have to! But there’s so much more to it than the bedrooms and bathrooms - Godwick Hall was beautifully clean, warm and stylish. Really, really impressive attention to detail. The social spaces were big enough for everyone and we pretty much didn’t leave the house the whole time we were there; just stayed in and enjoyed it! James was there to greet us and show us around and we were able to self check-out, which made it all nice and simple. We were also left a fantastic hamper of local produce to enjoy. Thanks for a brilliant stay James, we absolutely loved it.

We are just back from an amazing weekend in this beautiful house, 14 of us ranging from 22 months through to 80… the pictures do not do the house justice, the space, the facilities, the comfort and the overall experience was fantastic… watch out for the Ducks swimming through the garden …. Just perfect for our 80th birthday celebration :)

Beautiful house, very well equipped, great communication with host and super helpful. Excellent games room and media entertainment. Lovely garden, brilliant house for large groups, ideal for family celebrations which our trip was. Suits all ages/generations and lovely location. Plenty to see and do nearby or great house for relaxing, very comfortable - thank you for a wonderful time.

We were a party of seven friends…Charlotte’s place gave us plenty of space to be together or in our own space if we chose. The house was very well equipped, spotlessly clean, with a beautiful garden and ample parking. A very generous welcome pack was provided. It was well placed for visiting places of interest both nearby and further afield. We had a great time and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. house to others.
