We booked for a large group of girls for a hen weekend and had a brilliant stay. The kitchen, garden and living room are fantastic chill out / living spaces and the rooms / beds were comfy and clean.Only downside was the parking situation, we went on a weekend with great weather so on street parking was few and far between but we all parked at an NCP near by.

We had the most fantastic time for my sister's hen do at Boho beach house. We were a group of 15 "girls" (average age 45). There was plenty of space in the kitchen, lounge and decking area for us all to congregate and have fun. We were blessed with the weather and enjoyed the beautiful beach which is about a 10 min walk away. We also had " the bbq man" Justin cook for us on the Saturday night and the food was amazing. Communication from Chanine was flawless. Check in was really simple. The beds were super comfortable. We did completely self cater . There is no dishwasher so you need to make sure there are all hands on deck after eating - but again this provides a good chance to catch up with your fellow washer - uppers!

Chanine’s house was an absolute hen do godsend! We had 15 girls down in Bournemouth for the weekend and the place was perfect. Loads of space, lovely bedrooms, huge kitchen/diner for us all to have dinner, within such short walking distance to town and Chanine was a lovely host. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a weekend down on the coast.
