The Bay view is an absolute gem. It's a stunning place with gorgeous views. We were a group of friends staying for the weekend and made some lovely memories. It's ideal for bigger gwt togethers. Carl was lovely to deal with and helpful with any questions we had. The house, both the rooms and communal areas are beautiful and comfortable. Would love to visit again.

Carl's place was just perfect for our large family birthday celebration. There were 19 of us and the place was ideal, New dining room is beautiful and had ample room to seat us all. Bar was certainly a highlight plus the lounge /snug room was so comfortable. The bedrooms were all beautiful, clean, spacious, bright and luxurious. Kitchen had everything you could need with plenty of fridge freezer and storage for all we brought. Carl is a fantastic host and really looked after us

Spent an amazing weekend in Carl's fabulous house which suited our family of 21 to a tee, rooms were spotless and beds very comfy. kitchen was well equipped but as we acquired Carl's cheffing for 2 nights, we didn't need it too badly. we opted for pizza ( which were gourmet) and a BBQ which was top notch and plenty of it!! As the weather was really good during our stay, we made the most of seeing the island but the bar was the highlight in the evenings, the pool table gave hours of fun to all ages. Helen met us off the ferry and was extremely helpful and great fun throughout our stay as was Carl. I would thoroughly recommend this house and Clare island for large groups and celebrations.

Had such a lovely stay at Carls place for my 50th birthday celebration in February with family and friends. The house is amazing, so spacious and perfect for a large family gathering. The rooms are so comfortable with beautiful sea views from the windows and the house slept 24 of us comfortably. The bar was so cosy with a roaring fire, pool table, TV, sound system and various other games to keep the kids occupied. We cooked ourselves on the first night in the well equipped kitchen and opted for the private chef 3 course menu on the second night. The food was excellent and so tasty and Carls team looked after us so well. Carl was a pleasure to deal with and was on hand for anything we needed. Would highly recommend Bay View House and beautiful Clare Island and hope to visit again in the future.

This is a truly special place for group celebrations. It has everything stunning sea views from every room with so many beatitiful spaces to enjoy from the Bar to the warm cozy rooms for chilling in.. Clare Island with the Bay View as our base was great fun...We had a memorable family trip....Thanks Carl...
