Justin's place is perfect for a big group stay. Justin was very communicative and the entire process from pre-arrival to checkout was incredibly smooth. He's a very accommodating host and I felt his flexibility and responsiveness really elevated our trip. The kitchen and dining amenities were very well suited for feeding many people (we comfortably fed and fit 23!), and we had zero issues with bathroom or bed space. The house also has a keycode to enter which was a huge win with so many people. And I cannot say enough about the location! We were very central to everything we wanted to get to (5 min walk the lanes, 5 min walk to the beach). Highly recommend!

We recently visited for a hen do and this venue was the perfect place to hold it! Lots of space in the bedrooms, we weren’t all fighting over the use of a bathroom, lots of room to gather together or separately. Not to mention it was a walkable distance to basically everything in Brighton. Came with everything we needed (well stocked cupboards, wine glasses, cleaning products etc). Loved the use of the key code so we didn’t have to worry about the key. Honestly perfect!

Guests can expect a wonderfully unique experience. All the properties at Pekes Manor are better "in person" than the photos might lead you to believe. The setting is what makes the stay so enjoyable. Rolling fields, and perfect tranquility. Our wedding guests stayed in all of the properties and loved their experiences. All amenities were as described, and Kildare and his team were a joy to work with. Overall, an incredible experience.

Great AirBnB! The best thing about this place is the location - a very short walk to the pier, close to parks, shop nearby. It was the perfect accommodation for our friend’s Hen Do. Communication was great in the lead up to our stay. We did the private chef option which was fantastic! One of the ovens didn’t work but the chef still made do and the food was delicious. He reported this issue directly with the Airbnb host.

Thank you so much for making our tiny babyshower special. Everything was perfect and after a tough year it meant so much to us.

This property was perfect for my Sisters hen party. It's in a great location and has everything that you could need! Would highly recommend this for large groups.
