Guests can expect a wonderfully unique experience. All the properties at Pekes Manor are better "in person" than the photos might lead you to believe. The setting is what makes the stay so enjoyable. Rolling fields, and perfect tranquility. Our wedding guests stayed in all of the properties and loved their experiences. All amenities were as described, and Kildare and his team were a joy to work with. Overall, an incredible experience.

Pekes Manor is indeed a special place to stay. The grounds were fabulous, beautifully kept and tended, wonderful gardens and borders, gorgeous kitchen garden vibes. Quirky nooks and crannies and overflowing with character. The place was immaculate and staff were friendly, chatty and welcoming, very important in my opinion. We aren’t the kind of people who would be able to easily find the sort of money needed to stay at Pekes, despite its value for money, of course it caters for high end events, it would generally be way out of our budget, this was a special occasion for the family and we had saved for it, and it certainly fulfilled all our hopes and expectations. Thank you for a wonderful three days, the weather was very kind to us and we have made so many special memories.

Me and a group of friends with kids had a fantastic time as Pekes Manor. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The surrounding grounds and swimming pool and games room were great for the kids and they loved the Manor House for its old world charm and character. The house is very old and maybe not very modern in decor but it made no difference to us at all. The only downsides I could say are the lounge area was quite small for such a large group and and there could have done with an extra bathroom but this again did not take away from such a great weekend with friends. Would definitely stay again

I rented this house for the weekend to celebrate my birthday with a group of friends and it was even better than we expected. The beds are extremely comfortable (though the four poster is quite small but ideal for "snuggly sleepers"!) and the rooms are all lovely. It's a traditional tudor style house with uneven floors, hidden rooms, small windows and so much character! Very picturesque and fun. The place was impeccably clean and tidy, with everything you could possibly need for cooking up dinner and breakfasts. The pool is lovely, the sauna brilliant - unfortunately we couldn't work out how to use the jacuzzi but that didn't matter in the slightest. The location is fantastic, and you can do a nice half hour walk to the nearest pub (The Gun) which is really nice (serves excellent pizzas). It's also nice and quiet, with absolutely gorgeous views. I'd 100% book again and recommend this place to anyone looking to house a big group for a weekend.

We recently visited for a hen do and this venue was the perfect place to hold it! Lots of space in the bedrooms, we weren’t all fighting over the use of a bathroom, lots of room to gather together or separately. Not to mention it was a walkable distance to basically everything in Brighton. Came with everything we needed (well stocked cupboards, wine glasses, cleaning products etc). Loved the use of the key code so we didn’t have to worry about the key. Honestly perfect!
