We took a group of 4 children to Beechenhurst Go Ape today and I have nothing but praise for our session. We had 4 children, a 7 year old, x2 8 year olds and a 14 year old. We were welcomed and had a very clear induction process from the start. Once child was extremely nervous but Eden was an absolute legend at chatting to her and encouraging her to do one step at a time. She giggled with the girls and made them feel at ease. My very nervous child was harnessed up and heading up the stairs, which was more than we expected! However, the support from Eden did not stop there. She made herself visa le and available throughout our session showing kindness, endless patience and encouragement, which led to my daughter achieving more than we ever thought. Thank you Eden! All staff were lovely and I think Charlie too needs a special mention to for the patience and encouragement he showed. There was no rushing or getting annoyed. Pure fantastic. The site was superb offering different levels of challenged. Everything was clearly explained and the staff were all super friendly. The site is near the cafe at Beechenhurst which was excellent and we enjoyed one of the woodland walks after some lunch. A fantastic place to visit for all of the family and suitable for all ages. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning! Amazing!

Kids love going here. Make sure if you're a loose end you book in. You don't have to participate, provided you follow the rules. You can supervise from the ground, so I sat, with a coffee and watch the kids. Staff are great and very knowledgeable

Amazing experience at Go Ape with our two young children, aged 5 and 8. Both of them had a few nervous moments on parts of the course, but the staff were absolutely amazing. They came over to help, reassured the kids, and showed them how safe everything was, which made such a difference. A brilliant family experience and highly recommended!
